Scope: Metal Mattress Display Rack, Checkout Desk, Sleep Assessment Fixture, Pillow and Sheet Display wall, Queen Headboards, Side Tables
Execution: Engineered with design patents on proprietary metal display racking. Applied design evolution principles to existing store package resulting in a 23% savings. Worked with MF innovation team to develop the sleep assessment fixture incorporating MF technology. Shipped on time with TTI and all installations carried out by strategic partner Flexecution.
