Scope: Architectural Millwork, Checkout stands, Custom Displays, Nesting Tables, Slatwall, Point of Purchase, Gondolas, Queuing lines
Execution: Work with architectural firm to design store layouts and fixtures. Custom displays based on local needs. With each location being unique, an agile approach was necessary. Clear and often communication is the key to success. Coordination with TTi Logistics for “hard to reach” locations. Close connection to Flexecution on challenging installations.
